U9-U13 Intermediate to Advanced Power Skating (Ages 8-12)
Designed for hockey players looking to improve skating technique, speed, agility, and confidence on the ice.
This program focuses on the skating skills that directly impact game performance, including acceleration, edge control, balance, transitions, crossovers, and quick changes of direction. Sessions are designed to help athletes develop stronger skating mechanics through progressive drills and skill development.
Each session will build on skills introduced in previous weeks, with progressive drills and challenges designed to support long-term development.
